In view of the ongoing Dockers strike, resulting low productivity, congestions and delays it was decided by the line Management to implement a "Strike Surcharge" on containers loaded and discharged in Marseilles (and/or Fos Sur Mer) Port. 

The surcharge of Euro 60 per Teu will be charged on both import and export containers as of August 22^nd, loading/discharging dates and will be paid by the freight  paying party. 

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of the strike which is beyond our control.
